Do Everything to His Glory!

Happy August!

This is usually our month for our hottest weather, time for getting ready for school, finishing up our summer and looking towards fall.

So today I send you this video to encourage you that no matter what August holds
for you and your family....

Whatever You Do It All Matters

Do Everything that You Do to the Glory of the One Who Made You!!

Make Him Smile....Tell the Story of His Grace
I pray you will take the time to listen and read the lyrics...I believe it will bless your day - Hugs!

Good morning! What a wonderful way to start my day! I loved this. Soo many things to do today, but none of them seem important in the big picture of life. But everything little thing we do IS for His glory...got this catchy little tune in my head now... : ) HUGS!!

I've been hearing this song a lot of late. Perfect reminder!

Funny how such a simple focus, "doing all as unto His glory", can clear up begrudging this or that. It makes it difficult to complain, or resent, or blame. It puts a praise-spin on every moment of every day.

Oh that I would focus more intentionally!

Blessings,
Kathleen

Well what can I say, if August is your hottest month, I hate to think after how hot July has been what August might be for you. I am praying your fall comes early.
Thanks for the reminder, I do need to focus today on God's Glory, not the piles of work to get finished today. :)

This is a good reminder with the dog days of summer upon us and the heat only getting hotter. It's easy to get grumpy and tired. Have a great week.

I'm half way through the book, "One Thousand Gifts".
It talks about the very same thing.
Oh, yes... doing everything to His Glory!

Stay cool sweet girl....

What an uplifting message! And how I needed it!

Why is it that we (or is it just me) have to remind ourselves so often - it's ALL about Him?! Big things, small things, happy things, difficult things - somehow, someway, someday they will ALL work out for His glory if we continue to focus on JUST HIM.

GOD BLESS!

(P.S. Are you settling in to the new surroundings?)

Great song and message. I love
Steven. This is one of those
songs that stays with you all
day and it's a good one to have
playing around in your head,
unlike some others.
Blessings~

I can't believe we are already marching into August, our hottest month too. And, month of the county fair, school starts, and a whole host of other things. Now that my children are raised, it is a quiet month for me. Laid back, dog days of summer. Except for work of course. And yes, He sees all and knows all. We need to keep that perspective as we plan our day.

Janette, my computer has been on the fritz about videos. I've failed at all my attempts to fix it and need to take it in. I know I'm missing some good music! Have a great week. blessings ~ tanna

I'm at the end of this day Janette, but I'm hoping tomorrow I will put everything in the proper order of importance and remember that he sees all.

That was a wonderful spiritual breakfast this morning! I had never heard that one, but I love the message AND the music. It kind of has a little early 70s flair in it, don't you think?

Thank you for the song, Janette. I noticed it's a new release. The words are perfect for the feelings I've been having the past days.

Three blogs I have visited, including yours, have given me the same message. How amazing is that?

Happy August to you, dear mighty woman of God. You are an encouragement to my heart.

Love
Lidj
