Welcome to my eclectic journey of my life and delights. This year my theme is surrendering my writing pen to the true author, Jesus Christ, while looking forward to the future, reflecting on the past and dancing through my journey.

A State of Mind

Where am I?  That's me!!

Now why did I pick the words transition with joy for the year?

I am still stewing, painting, transitioning, waiting, and not sure where my state of mind truly is!

I am so glad He holds me in His hands.
See you soon....now off to get my daughter ready for her bridal pictures!!

Good morning! Can I EVER identify with this post right now.. Probably for different reasons than you, but identify nonetheless. Good thing we know where to go to find it huh? Enjoy your week-end.

Bridal pictures? Don't think we did that...is it pictures of her in her wedding dress or just pictures? Either way...ENJOY!

I am all too familiar with this feeling..I think it must be something about this season of life that we are in. Isn't it great to know though that their is one who DOES care and will be with us during those moments (or days as the case may be)
Enjoy the pictures and bring plenty of tissue.

Lots of things going on and it can take your mind off of the goal.
I hope you can find sometime to talk with God.
I will be praying for calm and understanding with some patience thrown in.

I'm hearing you loud and clear Janette! But transition is where you are right now. And you have fun with your daughter as she goes through this fun time of preparation for her upcoming wedding.

Blessings and love,
Debbie

Boy, have you echoed my mind! Some days...And then of course, God steps in. "I believe to see the good things of the Lord in the land of the living. Expect the Lord, do manfully, and let thy heart tale courage, and wait thou for the Lord." Psalm 27

Janette,
You are terrific! In spite of it seeming like way too much going on, you are equal to it. As is your wonderful daughter.

In the middle of your busy life, with all your responsibilities....Keep on presenting your body a living sacrifice .... wholly acceptable -- TO GOD! :) Don't be conformed to this world's corrupt and corrupting influence. Keep on being "transformed by the renewing of your mind". ♥
